A Russian missile strike on the town of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region left at least four people dead and 42 others wounded from various causes, according to the Ukrinform news agency.

The dead include a 17-year-old girl and an 8-month-old baby among the injured, the information said.

“Today, Russian terrorists also brutally shelled Kramatorsk. S-300 missiles. Three people died, including a child. My condolences to family and friends,” he said in his usual late-night speech.

At a local restaurant were Colombian writer Héctor Abad, former peace commissioner Sergio Jaramillo and Colombian journalist Catalina Gómez, who issued a statement saying they were unharmed and reported that a cruise missile fell on the spot where they were eating.

They added that Ukrainian writer Victoria Amelina is “in critical condition due to a skull injury”.

Jaramillo and Abad gathered material for their Hold Ukraine movement.
