Links to the alleged recording appeared on Facebook. It is supposed to show the beating in prison of Kamilek’s stepfather, an 8-year-old tortured boy from Częstochowa. The link takes you to fabricated pages that look like well-known news sites. In this way, scammers try to obtain login details for social networking sites.

The case of the death of 8-year-old Kamil from Częstochowa shook the whole of Poland. Dawid B., the boy’s stepfather, had beaten the child after it knocked his phone off the table. A 27-year-old man poured boiling water over Kamilek and then threw him on a hot stove. The boy died in the hospital. About Dawid B. and his partner and mother Kamil, who was not supposed to protect her child from the attacker, – The stepfather and mother of the deceased Kamil will be persecuted in prison because sex offenders and child killers belong to the lowest hierarchy among the convicts – said the expert. Now they’re trying to take advantage of the internet.

There were links to a fabricated article entitled “Kamilek’s father was beaten in prison!” and with the description “a prison employee recorded the entire incident! [WIDEO]. In addition, people posting the link add their own description full of errors (for example: “Maybe it won’t help Kamilek. but he has his own … The guys punished him..”) and a comment in the post (“Share until the recording is available, let everyone see what fate befell him.

Errors in the description do not have to, but may indicate that it is a scam. However, it is worth paying attention to the address to which the link leads, which is given on Facebook under the photo and above the title. In the case of scams, these are usually long and gibberish portal names. In the example above, the address may seem a bit less suspicious, because it leads to the “UWAGA-24H.EU5.NET.

Demagog informs that “the link refers to a page that was created by criminals to steal passwords to social networking sites in order to extort money from friends whose accounts have been taken over. In addition, the portal explains that there is no evidence that prison Kamil’s stepfather was beaten.
