Incineration may only take place in special incineration plants for green waste. of December 14, 2012, mentions the prohibition of processing waste outside of designated areas. Most municipalities, however, organize regular collections of waste, and in order to return it, you must place it in special bags. However, the law does not prohibit the composting of green waste.
