The first reports on this topic appeared on the “Information Leaks” channel on Telegram. According to the information provided there, two files were leaked.

One with phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, registration dates, cryptographically encrypted card details. The file was supposed to contain information about 6 million people. The second database concerns 48 million people, but it contained only e-mail addresses and numbers.
