Yulema Corres and the athletic club and they have reached an agreement to extend the contract between both parties until June 2024. The 30-year-old soccer player from Gasteiz ended her relationship with the Bilbao entity next June.
Yulema He landed in 2014 in Lezama from CD Aurrera de Vitoria. The year in which Bilbao won the last league title (2015-2016) he contributed 14 goals, although his best record dates back to the 2016-2017 season in which he scored 18 goals. During the current season, he has played 18 official matches so far in which he has scored a total of 5 goals.
If injuries don’t prevent it, as happened in the 2018-2019 season, the red-and-white striker has a shot at exceeding 200 games (he has 187) next season and will be able to reach his tenth consecutive season in 2024 defending the Athletic Club shield.
