The Russian national football team will hold open training sessions for the media
The Russian Football Union (RFU) has published the nearest plans for the national team at the training camp at the base in Novogorsk. This was reported on the website of the organization.
As it became known, on March 23 and 25, the Russian team will hold open training sessions for media representatives. On March 26, Valery Karpin’s team will train with the players of the youth team.
Zenit striker Artem Dziuba did not join the team in Novogorsk. The forward asked Karpin not to call him for family reasons. Also, another Zenit player Vyacheslav Karavaev will miss the training camp. The defender motivated this by the desire to gain the necessary condition.
The decision to hold a training camp was made amid the postponement of the match of the 22nd round of the Russian Premier League (RPL) on March 19 and 20. Karpin’s team will work in Novogorsk from 21 to 27 March.
