who was alone in May on Saturday in the stands of the hall in Radom and shook his head in appreciation. Rafał Kijańczuk is already running around the octagon and was happy with his debut win in the federation, because he had knocked out the Frenchman Yann Kouadja a moment earlier.

“I slept a bit at the beginning of the fight”

It was only the third fight at the KSW gala on Saturday, light heavyweight category. “I slept a bit at the beginning of the fight, but then everything was as planned,” said Kijańczuk, who took two minutes and three seconds on Saturday to break Kouadja.

But it was not a one-sided two minutes, because the French had not been completely helpless before. – What a war under the net, what a fight – commentators marveled when Kouadja first overthrew Kijanczuk, and after a while, after taking his knees on his head, he himself fell on the mat. And he did not get up from this mat anymore. At one point, when Kijanchuk was covering his head with a hail of blows, he stopped defending himself and kept his guard. Judge Tomasz Brodner had no choice – he had to stop it.

Kijańczuk, a specialist in quick knockouts

For Kijańczuk it was a debut in KSW, but it was not a debut in a cage, because earlier in other federations he had as many as nine out of 10 victories ahead of time. As recently – in December at the Madness Cage Fighting gala, where Kijańczuk only needed 19 seconds to deal with Felix Polianidis. – I came to KSW to do what I do best, i.e. finish my rivals ahead of time. Expect this from me – Kijańczuk announced his next fights.
