Mike Tyson announces ear candy

Former world boxing champion Mike Tyson unveils ear-shaped candy

Former world boxing champion Mike Tyson introduced gummies in the shape of ears. Complex reports.

The product was named Mike Bites. The candies are made in the form of human ears – this is a reference to the confrontation between Tyson and Evander Holyfield. Mike Bites are made from marijuana. They will be sold in the states of Massachusetts, California and Nevada.

For the first time, Tyson publicly announced the idea to release such a product on the air of the Hotboxin’ With Mike Tyson podcast in 2019, when he talked with Holyfield.

The fight between Tyson and Holyfield in June 1997 ended in the fourth round due to a brawl. Before that, Tyson had bitten his opponent twice in the ear. As a result, the heavyweight license was canceled by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

From 1987 to 1990, Tyson was the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
