These are the matches for Wednesday, March 2 in the Copa Libertadores

The Ecuadorian teams Barcelona SC and Universidad Católica de Quito will play their return matches this Wednesday, March 2, in phase 2 of the Copa Libertadores de América, as part of the pool of games that will take place during the day.

The first to play will be the Catholic University of Quito, which will receive Bolívar FC from Bolivia at the Olympic stadium, in an attempt to achieve a historic leap and fight for their place in the group stage.

The first leg was 1-1 in La Paz. Universidad Católica came out without losing against a team that scored 16 goals in its first four games.

On the other hand, Barcelona SC will visit Lima to face Universitario de Deportes, a rival that they defeated 2-0 at home last week.

The advantage allows the Canarian team to tie and even lose by a goal difference to advance to phase 3.

In other games, Guaraní will be the host with a 1-0 advantage over the Brazilian debutant América Mineiro, thanks to their victory last week in Belo Horizonte, while Estudiantes de La Plata will try to become strong at home against Audax Italiano.

Los Australes lead the series 2-0 after last week’s home win.
