War stood in the way of their dreams. Esportsmen from Ukraine forced to interrupt their careers

The war in Ukraine changes everything. Everyday life of Ukrainians has been turned upside down, and completely new aspects have become priorities. This also applies to e-sportsmen. They cannot, for obvious reasons, actively participate in competitions with their teams. All things go by the wayside when it comes to safety and human life.

Careers on hold

The situation in Ukraine is very developmental, but it is still very dangerous in the country. More and more new materials only confirm the ruthlessness of the Russian army. Civilian objects, including houses and apartment blocks, are under fire. The aggressors have no scruples.

These conditions make it impossible for Ukrainians to continue normal life from day to day. They have to put down their dreams, passions and jobs. For is there anything more precious than your own health when the world is literally falling on your head?

Viktor “sdy” Ordzuhew and Kiri “ANGE1” Karasiov are one of the many Ukrainian pro-players who are currently in their home country. Both were forced to halt their careers and focus on the current situation. Thanks to their coverage in social media, they are also able to provide reliable information from the cities in which they live.

Organizations forced to change

Teams featuring players in Ukraine have obviously endorsed their ideas and initiatives. Alternate players will be present for an indefinite period of time.

As there are “judgments” in MAD Lions, so is the case also for the Pole, Micha “MICHU” Müller. His team will be temporarily joined by Karol “rallen” Rodowicz, who will replace Ordzuev. Under normal circumstances, such a turn of events would probably please Polish fans, but the circumstances of the change do not allow it.

We support Ukraine with all our heart. We support the brave nard who will drop everything and unite in a dry cause – the highest of the highest. May their nightmare soon end and they could all return to normal life.

I was awakened by explosions outside my window. I’ve seen young boys like me go to defend my family and country. Tomorrow will never be the same. I pray for every soldier defending my country and I will never forget this aggression.
