What conditions do you have to meet to receive the supplementary benefit?

you can receive it if you do not have sufficient income to support yourself and you are:

• mother – you are 60 years old and you have given birth and raised or just raised at least 4 children,
• father – you are 65 years old and you have brought up at least 4 children because the mother of the children died, abandoned them or did not raise them for a long time.

The condition for the birth and upbringing or upbringing of children applies to:

• own children,
• spouse’s children,
• adopted children,
• children accepted for upbringing as part of a foster family (except for professional foster families).

In addition, you must live in Poland and have a center of life here for at least 10 years, and also have Polish citizenship.

How much is the pension allowance after having children in 2022?

The allowance from the Mama 4 plus program is a compensation for people who have devoted themselves to raising children and have not taken up or resigned from work. The amount is equal to the lowest pension in a given year. Its amount is indexed and in 2022 it amounts to PLN 1,338.44 gross. If you receive a pension in the amount lower than the minimum old-age pension, the supplement will be a supplement to this amount.

The most important thing is to submit an appropriate application, which can be found in the facilities and on the website www.zus.pl. What does a correctly completed application look like and what does it contain?
