The 20-year-old has never entered the top ten. In the “continent” he scored only in December during the competitions in Engelberg, taking a distant 28th position in one of the competitions, and in the other he was already 40. Later, the World Cup competition in Zakopane was unsuccessful, and finally there was a breakthrough in Innsbruck.
There, our jumper in the second competition took 20th place and since then he has been scoring regularly. During the competition in the American Iron Mountain, Juroszek was 12th and 15th, but last weekend he achieved real success, for the first time on the podium of the Continental Cup competition. The Pole won the Saturday competition first, and was second on Sunday. What turned out to be the key to such a clear improvement?
– In the USA I had one competition jump, which gave me the second place at the halfway point, and that made me a little unblocked. I started competing in Brotterode with confidence and it turned out – said the Polish representative in an interview for Skijumping.pl. Michal Doleżal may decide to appoint Kacper Juroszek to the World Cup competition in Lahti, the Czech Republic does not have a wide choice.
