So what if the second part of the game was started well again by the Łomża Vive handball players, who quickly jumped back to five goals (18:13) and very confidently brought a certain win to the final siren, finally winning with as many as eight goals.

Łomża Vive Kielce defeated SG Flensburg-Handewitt 33:25 away, achieved the eighth victory in this year’s competition and strengthened with 16 points in the lead in the group B table of the Champions League. Dylan Nahi and Igor Karacić scored six goals for Kielce, five by Artiom Karaliok, and four by Alex Dujszebajew and Uładisław Kulesz. On the side of the hosts, Emil Jakobsen, who scored six hits, was the most successful.

In a week’s time the Polish champions will play at home with the Ukrainian Motor Zaporozhye (23.02). In addition, until the end of the group stage, they also had away matches with Telekom Veszper (03/03) and at home with Dinamo Bucharest (09/03). Four points will give the team one of the top two places in Group B, a direct advance to the Champions League quarter-finals and a seeding.
