Piotr’s average jumps lived in Beijing
The 35-year-old did on average at the Olympics in Beijing. On the normal hill he took 21st place, and on the large hill he was classified on the 18th place.

Żyła started ski jumping at the age of eight. He made his debut in the Continental Cup in 2004 in St. Moritz. The jumper achieved his first success in 2005 at the Junior World Championships. Poles in the team competition incl. with Kamil Stoch in the composition they won a silver medal. The World Cup debut took place on January 21 in Sapporo. Żłała took 19th place then.
