Justyna Kowalczyk returns to skiing. She has already won these competitions twice

The Piast race takes place on a murderous distance of 50 km. In the past, Kowalczyk had already won these competitions. The last time it happened was three years ago, when the runner proved to be the best 50 km long classic technique, five years ago. This year’s edition will be held on March 5 in Jakuszyce.

However, it is not the longest distance on which the Polish woman has competed. In 2015, she tried her hand at the Vasa Race, which was 90 km long. Then Kowalczyk won the competition, having an advantage of less than five minutes over the other competitor.
