Although there are just over two months left until the play-off match with Russia, there is still no coach. For some time, there were many indications that he would decide to hire Adam Nawałka, but for the time being the president is delaying making the final decision.

In the meantime, it was mentioned in the media that Marcel Koller and Andriy Shevchenko were also among the main candidates for the white-and-reds. As a result, at the moment it is very difficult to indicate the coach who has the best chance to lead the Poles in the play-off match.

The frustration associated with the protracted employment process of Paulo Sousa’s successor is noticeable from many sides. The fans who see nothing good in such a long period of time without a manager are bad, but also journalists for whom it is not an optimal solution.

I will not be surprised if Nawałka will thank him by the end of the week – said the commentator.

Borek also stood up for, which, according to him, was a victim of the whole situation. – I am not in the staff of Adam Nawałka, even if I have nice memories and the conviction that he could somehow grasp it quickly. In my opinion, if you did not want to take Nawałka, then you should not see him at all and discuss it, but make a decision. It takes too long, it has changed from 20 names and today the new coach has less time to play for everything than Sousa had to play against Hungary – he added.
