As is often the case in my work, it is a story about relationships. At the beginning of the song, the heroine has a lot of bitterness and regret that the relationship she was in just didn’t work out. And although it is a pity for her about this report, she knows that it is too late for any returns – “it’s not the address and it’s not the right time”. In the second verse he goes back to himself, to “here and now” – as you can see, he can and can overwhelm himself. She is no longer waiting for the ball, she enjoys this world – to paraphrase the lyrics of the song. The question, however, is how long will it last in this decision.
“I think sometimes we just like to wander a bit in our past and serve each other sentimental journeys, which, unfortunately, usually do not bring anything good to our lives,” adds Lanberry. – Even if everything is going well and we know that it is totally pointless, we like to “hang” and sigh to the past. Nocny Express tells about such a nostalgic trip.
An atmospheric music video was created for the premiere single, recorded in the interiors of a historic train car from the turn of the 19th century. Lanberry invited her friends influencers to participate in the video: Natalia Sisik, Ola Szkołda, Dominik Gontarski, Stefan Karolik and Kacper Zembrzuki. Michał Mazurek was responsible for the script and directing of the clip.
