Telegram channel “112” found out that the attacker was the former leader of the Fratria fan movement Valentin Korshunov. Now Korshunov is giving an explanation to the police, and the victim, RBC correspondent Alexander Shchegolev, is being examined by doctors. In the emergency room, the journalist was diagnosed with bruises of the head and face.
Earlier it was reported that a fan beat a journalist after the match between the Spartak and Leicester teams at the Otkrytie Arena stadium in Moscow. The attacker was detained by the police. The publication promised to contact law enforcement agencies and the management of “Spartak” with a request to assess the actions of the stadium security service.
