Not all ski jumpers had the chance to try on Friday. Due to too strong wind, the first training session was interrupted after the jumps of 47 jumpers. The conditions did not change, so the judges decided to cancel all the series and qualifications scheduled for today.
The canceled qualifications are good news for Wąska
For many competitors, the canceled jumps are a missed opportunity, but they will try to use the free time properly. After the jury’s decision, Michał Doleżal only ran through the journalists’ zone without stopping. He only let me know that he was running to training with Narrow. – Due to the confusion related to his initially positive test for coronavirus, he could not train in the gym earlier – said the coach of Polish jumpers on the run. Now Wąsek will be able to make up for these shortcomings.
