After renewal turnaround, Dybala is expected to leave Juventus in June

A turnaround in Paulo Dybala’s renewal with Juventus should see the Argentine leave the team in June. The player had reached an agreement with the club for the extension of his bond. However, last minute changes proposed by Juve did not please the athlete, who is not expected to stay in Turin, according to the TyC Sports.

Dybala’s contract with the Old Lady expires on June 30th of this year. The matter was treated with extreme importance, as the striker became the main star of the team led by Massimiliano Allegri after Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure.

This season, there have been nine goals and four assists between Champions League and Serie A games so far.

Talks to agree on its renewal have been going on since 2020, before the start of the covid-19 pandemic. However, the player’s poor performance on the field made negotiations cool. Now, Dybala, who can already sign a pre-contract with another team, will start to hear proposals.

Asked about the situation after the Italian Super Cup defeat to Inter Milan, Allegri said that the matter “is up to the club’s managers, not him”. Juventus will still try to renew the negotiations and reach an agreement with Dybala and his staff.
