Vyalbe supported Bolshunov’s decision to perform in the international race in Italy
The President of the Russian Ski Raxes (FLGR) Elena Vyalbe appreciated the participation of Alexander Bolshunov in the international race in Italy. Her words are given by RIA Novosti.
The functionary supported the athlete’s decision and noted that other Russians would not participate in the race. “The main task of Bolshunov is to prepare for the championship of the country. He has the opportunity to participate in competitions, this is good, ”said Vyalbe.
The participation of Bolshunov in the Sudtirol Moonlight Classic race became known earlier than February 10. The Russian will perform at a distance of 30 kilometers.
The departure of Bolshunov in Europe for training according to the individual plan was reported on January 30. The senior coach of the Russian national team Yuri Borodavko noted that the trip was agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and CSKA.
