“If you want to get in shape, you really need to start by taking care of your diet, namely creating a calorie deficit in it. That is, spending more energy than you consume,” the expert said. She explained that 70 percent of success will depend on the right diet.
Training will help speed up progress and improve results. Rotach advised including the following exercises in your workouts: jumper jacks, mountain climbers, leg raises, planks with elbows, running in place, superman, V-twists, bicycles, and lunges with knee lifts.
Earlier, Rotach listed exercises that will help speed up weight loss. The specialist advised doing squats with swings, push-ups with difficulty and burpees.
