Last year, two outstanding projects significantly boosted infrastructure in their respective areas: the first shopping centers opened in Iquitos and San Juan de Lurigancho, becoming resounding successes. A few months ago, in an interview with La República, María Peralta, who chairs the board of directors of Mega Powdersreported that the first phase of the shopping center includes a parking lot with capacity for 500 vehicles. In addition, he noted that several pillars have been built to house around 650 stores, whose surfaces range between 9 and 18 square meters, on the ground floor.
It was also mentioned that there will be 16 additional stores with direct access from the street. Peralta also indicated that the opening of the first phase is scheduled for December 2024, while the full opening of the shopping center is scheduled for the end of 2025.
