Gymnast Golotsutskov advised doing push-ups to keep the body in good shape
Two-time Olympic medalist in artistic gymnastics Anton Golotsutskov recommended five exercises that will help keep your body in good shape. His words are reported by Men Today.
The athlete suggested doing push-ups with a narrow and wide grip. He recommended starting with three to five repetitions, gradually increasing their number. Then Golotsutskov advised doing squats in three to four sets of five to eight times.
Then you can do the plank – straight on the elbows and side. For beginners, it will be enough to stand in this position for 20-30 seconds. To work the press, twisting to the legs in a lying position (two sets of 15-20 repetitions) is suitable, to strengthen the back – a boat (8-10 repetitions).
Earlier, fitness trainer Elena Sobol recommended simple exercises to improve your mood. “The simplest way would be cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, walking or dancing,” the specialist said.
