Trainer Irina Rotach named five exercises that will help speed up weight loss. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

The expert advised doing squats with swings. To do this, when doing classic squats, at the top point you need to alternately swing your legs to the side, first straight, then bent at the knee. Rotach also suggested doing push-ups with a complication – at the top point, jump into a squat position and return back.

In addition, the trainer recommended doing mountain climbers and burpees. Finally, jumping with high knees and touching the feet can be beneficial.

Earlier, fitness expert Eduard Kanevsky spoke about training suitable for each temperament. He suggested that choleric and sanguine people pay attention to team sports, phlegmatic people choose individual training, and melancholic people give preference to yoga and pilates.
