Sepp Kuss, in 2023, in addition to winning the Vuelta a España, also finished the other two grand tours of the season; In the Giro d’Italia, he qualified in fourteenth position, while he concluded the Tour de France, where he decisively helped Vingegaard, in twelfth place. His replacement, Bart Lemmen, does not have experience in grand tours, but he was second, in May, in the Tour of Norway, where he demonstrated skills as a good climber. So, The Visma team for the Tour will be composed of Jonas Vingegaard, Wout Van Aert, Matteo Jorgenson, Christophe Laporte, Tiesj Benoot, Wilco Kelderman, Jan Tratnik and Bart Lemmen.
