Ito arrived at Stuttgart in 2021 and, since then, has become one of the defensive pillars of the team, which finished the last edition of the German Championship in second place and qualified for the next Champions League, ahead of the Munich team itself.
The 25-year-old Japanese national team player arrives at Bayern to fight for position in a squad full of defenders, with Frenchman Dayot Upamecano, Dutchman Matthijs de Ligt, South Korean Kim Min-jae and Englishman Eric Dier.
