The installer of Mosvodokanal Zhafar Borovkov, who is accused of beating up the PR director of the Moscow football club Spartak Anton Fetisov, was given a suspended sentence of 2.5 years in prison. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the press service of the Perovsky District Court of Moscow.
“The court ruled to find Zh. A. Borovkov guilty on two episodes of causing grievous bodily harm and two episodes of moderate harm to health. The attacker fled, he was detained two days later, it turned out to be Borovkov. The man immediately admitted his guilt. During interrogation, he explained that during the scuffle he did not even understand – Fetisov was trying to attack him or help him.
Earlier, detailed testimony of Borovkov was announced – he said that some man provoked him, was rude and rude. It was with him that a conflict began, and Fetisov suffered by accident.
