The beaten PR-director of “Spartak” was punished

The installer of Mosvodokanal Zhafar Borovkov, who is accused of beating up the PR director of the Moscow football club Spartak Anton Fetisov, was given a suspended sentence of 2.5 years in prison. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the press service of the Perovsky District Court of Moscow.

“The court ruled to find Zh. A. Borovkov guilty on two episodes of causing grievous bodily harm and two episodes of moderate harm to health. By partial addition of punishments, finally appoint Borovkov a punishment in the form of two years and six months of imprisonment. On the basis of Article 73 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the punishment should be considered conditional with a probationary period for two years, ”the court said.

The skirmish took place in the early morning of May 10 near one of the bars. The PR director was relaxing at the establishment with his wife and sister. According to preliminary data, Fetisov saw how his friend was beaten and tried to intervene, as a result of which he was beaten himself. Fetisov ended up in intensive care with an open craniocerebral injury and a fracture of the temporal bone.

The attacker fled, he was detained two days later, it turned out to be Borovkov. The man immediately admitted his guilt. During interrogation, he explained that during the scuffle he did not even understand – Fetisov was trying to attack him or help him.

Earlier, detailed testimony of Borovkov was announced – he said that some man provoked him, was rude and rude. It was with him that a conflict began, and Fetisov suffered by accident.
