He Lointek Gernika Bizkaia has renewed Itziar Ariztimuno for the 2024/2025 season, as confirmed by the club this Tuesday. The base will fulfill its ninth season consecutive in the Endesa Women’s League defending the maroon elastic. The Bilbao native averaged 4.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists last year.

Ariztimuño will continue to be one of the club’s leaders with her leadership, on and off the field as captain. With her continued improvement in her confidence at the rim and shooting from long range, she hopes to take another step forward in her progression. Itziar Ariztimuño is the first piece of the Gernikarra squad for next season.
