Associate Professor of the Department of Sports Disciplines of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports of the State University of Education Alexandra Sulim named the best exercises for creating an ideal female figure. Her words are quoted by NEWS.ru.

The expert recommended running as it helps burn fat, improves endurance and strengthens leg muscles. She recommended the duration of the run to vary from 20-30 minutes to several hours, depending on physical fitness and goals.

She named swimming as her next sport, which develops all muscle groups, improves endurance and strengthens the cardiovascular system. In her opinion, it is worth alternating different styles: front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and butterfly. The last thing Sulim mentioned was dancing.

On April 25, Sulim named the best exercises for creating an athletic male figure. The expert advised doing bench presses with barbells or dumbbells on both horizontal and inclined benches, squats with a barbell, and pull-ups on the horizontal bar.
