Spartak player Galimov said that the secret of Ovechkin’s success is professionalism
Russian forward of Moscow “Spartak” Ansel Galimov revealed the secret of success of his compatriot from the National Hockey League (NHL) club “Washington Capitals” Alexander Ovechkin. His words are quoted by Metaratings.
According to the player, Ovechkin’s secret is professionalism and love for hockey. “He also has a special attitude towards his work – everyone should learn that from him. Ovechkin serves as an example for young people,” Galimov said.
Ovechkin has been playing in the NHL since 2005, and throughout his overseas career he has played for Washington. The Russian is the 2018 Stanley Cup winner and is 41 goals behind Wayne Gretzky, who holds the record for most goals in the regular season (894).
Galimov spent his entire career in Russia. He joined Spartak last year and reached the second round of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) playoffs with the team.
