After 15 days of the promulgation of Law 32002, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) has issued, this Friday, May 3, the operating procedure through SBS Resolution No. 01623-2024. This regulation establishes the regulations that will allow contributors to withdraw up to S/20,600 from their private pension funds in 4 disbursements. In accordance with this regulation, members of the Private Pension System They may submit requests for extraordinary and optional withdrawal of contributions within a maximum period of 90 calendar days, counting from May 20, the date on which the regulations come into force.
