Expert Ksenia Kvasova recommended 10 abdominal exercises with a fitness band. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.
The first seven exercises are suitable for all fitness levels. Kvasova suggested doing a climber with an elastic band on the feet, a pelvic lift with an elastic band on the shins, a plank leg raise, a bicycle, scissors, a side plank and side crunches.

For an advanced level, leg extensions and retractions in a plank and leg bending in a reverse plank are suitable. Kvasova also recommended making simultaneous symmetrical semicircles with the legs. As the specialist notes, you first need to work out the technique of doing the exercises without additional equipment, and then complicate them with the help of a fitness band.
The most dangerous exercises on simulators were previously listed. These included many exercises with a barbell and some types of squats.
