This deadline was significantly extended – until December 31. The end of the year is approaching and Salernitana has still not found a new owner. The club’s authorities asked for another extension, this time until the end of the season. The Italian league authorities gave their consent, but the Italian federation had to do the same. However, this did not happen. If at least an offer to buy Salernitana is not received by December 31, the fans of this club will be very sad. Their club will be relegated to penalty. In this case, all results in the matches between Salernitana and the rest of the teams will be disqualified.

On Tuesday, Salernitana was supposed to play a league game against, but the match did not take place.
