Fitness trainer Ivanna Idush named the three most effective exercises for the abs. Her words are quoted by Sport24.

Idush recommended the first exercise as a plank, which should be performed for a maximum of 20 seconds. She noted that standing in the plank for a long time is harmful to the joints, and added that it is better to perform more repetitions or work in dynamics.

The next exercise was crunches. You need to perform ten lifts dynamically and hold the peak for ten seconds statically. The last thing the trainer named was cycling, which should be done in 2-3 circles of 20 times. When performing it, you should not lower your legs too low to the floor, so as not to compensate for the movement by arching your back.

Earlier, fitness expert Irina Rotach revealed a way to pump up six-pack abs without going to the gym. The expert recommended performing vertical scissors and situps with raised arms.
