This Saturday, Al Nassr defeated Al Tai, 5-1, in a duel valid for the 25th round of the Saudi Championship. Otávio, Ghareeb, Cristiano Ronaldo (three times) scored for the home team, while Misidjan scored for the opponent, at Al-Awwal Stadium. The visiting team was one less from the final stretch of the first half.
As a result, Al Nassr remains in second place, with 59 points, while Al Tai has 22 and is in 16th place, in the relegation zone.
Al Nassr returns to the field next Tuesday, when they face Abha, at the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Stadium, at 4 pm (Brasília time). Al Tai will duel with Al Taawon, on the same day and time. The duels are valid for the 26th round of the Saudi.

Al Nassr opened the scoring in the 19th minute of the first half. Otávio by Alex Telles at the edge of the area on the left side, sent the ball into the area, Brozovic tried to head it, but the ball bounced in front of the goalkeeper and died in the back of the goal. Two minutes later, Al Tai equalized. The visiting team took a quick free kick, Misidjan got the ball at the edge of the area after Al Nassr’s defense didn’t clear it, finished and found Ospina’s net.
36 minutes into the first half, Misidjan was sent off after hitting the Al Nassr goalkeeper with his knee. The scorer was trying to shoot, while Ospina anticipated the defense. He received a second yellow after a VAR review and left the team with one less. In stoppage time, Ghareeb received a cross from Mané and headed it into the ground, in front of the goalkeeper, to put Al Nassr in front.
In the 18th minute of the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo doubled the score. After a short corner kick, Mané crossed into the area and the attacker caught it first time and sent it into the goal. Three minutes later, the team led by Luís Castro scored the fourth. Cristiano Ronaldo took advantage of the surplus after Mané hit the post and filled the net once again. The Portuguese finished off the rout in the 41st minute, with a header after a cross from Al-Sulaiheem.
