Dynamo footballer Makarov said that he does not like journalists and does not hide it
Dynamo football player Denis Makarov spoke about his dislike for journalists. His words are quoted by “Championship”.
“Today you score a goal and they say: “Bravo, what a great guy.” And in the next game you won’t do anything productive, and the same person drowns you. He publishes some article about you, and then comes up and extends his hand,” the midfielder shared. He added that he doesn’t like this and doesn’t hide it.
Makarov admitted that he decided to stay away from journalists, especially after matches. “I can give an interview once every year or two, but only to people with whom I have known for a long time and with whom I have never had such problems,” said the athlete.
Makarov has been playing for Dynamo since August 2021. This season, the 26-year-old midfielder played 17 matches for the club in the Russian Premier League (RPL) and scored four goals.
