Germany ended Data FIFA with another victory. This Tuesday, the team defeated the Netherlands 2-1, in friendly which took place in Frankfurt. The German goals were scored by Mittelstadt and Fullkrug, while Veerman scored for the Dutch.

Germany returns to the field on June 3, for a friendly against Ukraine. The Dutch face the Canadian team on June 6th.

The Netherlands took advantage of Germany’s mistake when the ball was released and opened the scoring of the match, just three minutes into the first half. Depay took the ball after a poorly taken throw by the German team and headed towards the area. The striker raised his head and crossed for Veerman, in the half-moon, to hit Ter Stegen’s corner.

But Germany reacted quickly to the goal conceded. At 10 minutes, in a rehearsed corner, full-back Mittelstadt hit a beautiful shot into the corner of the Dutch goal. The ball even touched the crossbar before dying in Verbruggen’s net.

After a balanced second half, it was Germany who took the lead. After a corner kick, in the 40th minute, Fullkrug headed the ball and goalkeeper Verbruggen made the save. After a VAR review, it was confirmed that the ball crossed the line and the goal was legal.
