RUSADA tested Bolshunov for doping more often than all other Russians in 2024
Three-time Olympic champion in cross-country skiing Alexander Bolshunov was tested for doping by the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) most often in 2024. TASS reports this.
The 27-year-old Russian athlete was tested five times in January and February. It was tested three times throughout the past year. In addition to RUSADA checks, Bolshunov is tested for doping by the International Ski and Snowboarding Federation.
RUSADA tested skiers Savely Korostelev, Anastasia Kuleshova and Elizaveta Pantrina four times this year. Track and field athlete Konstantin Krylov passed the same number of checks.
Bolshunov is a three-time champion of the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing. He also has four silver and two bronze Olympic medals.
