For the last eight years, Bartłomiej Graczak has been one of the most characteristic reporters of “Wiadomości” TVP1 and presenters of TVP Info. However, he gained recognition as a reporter of TV Republika in 2014, while covering the Independence March, when the station’s crew was mistaken for competitors and fell victim to an attack by nationalists.

He last appeared on the air of the then national media in October 2023, i.e. shortly after the parliamentary elections. He resigned and noted that he had no plans to leave the media. At the beginning of March, his original YouTube channel was launched. “Przekanał”, where it publishes conversations with participants of political life and comments on current events.
The latest recording entitled “PiS is no more, although it doesn’t know it yet” may surprise many supporters of the former ruling party. A former TVP employee decided to describe in detail what, in his opinion, causes a significant decline in support for Jarosław Kaczyński’s party.
No one has done this kind of analysis and no one has noticed what I have noticed yet. Since the elections on October 15, something has been happening that has never happened before in Poland’s political history, he began.
In his opinion, the biggest reason for the outflow of voters was the so-called Friday for animals and the tightening of abortion law, which caused huge social dissatisfaction in the fall of 2020. – The negative emotions that were aroused then were never reversed, and suddenly after the elections on October 15, many people at the top of PiS woke up – says Graczak.

He also believes that the party’s evaluation among voters was also worsened by the fights in front of the Sejm, in which leading Law and Justice politicians took part. It’s about the so-called defense of legally convicted PiS politicians Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. – It was an event that broke the camel’s back – comments Graczak.
Moreover, a former TVP employee believes that the largest opposition party will lose a lot in the upcoming local elections. – In the previous elections, PiS took power in half of the 16 voivodeships, now it has a chance of a spectacular defeat in all of them. […] In a slightly more optimistic variant, PiS will remain in Podkarpacie, he muses.
However, Graczak claims that there are also things happening that can be considered positive for PiS. In his opinion, these may be the testimony of Jarosław Kaczyński before the investigative commission for Pegasus. – He turned the members of the ruling coalition into the intellectual autumn of the Middle Ages – shouted the former national media star, who was criticized by one of his followers for his professional past.
You see… When someone explained to you that you serve bad people, you blocked me on X. While attacking TVP, you called others out for not being journalists because they didn’t agree with your sick theses. You sing differently now. Generally, the past is not serving you and it will take a long time before people forgive you. However, everyone has the right to understand, draw conclusions and repair themselves. Never take sides if you want to call yourself a journalist. Stand where the rules are. I keep my fingers crossed – said one of the Internet users.
The conservative journalist did not leave these words unanswered. “I haven’t served anyone and I don’t intend to. It was PiS who thought that some people should serve them and it was simply expected,” he wrote in a comment under the video.
