Last Sunday night, the USA beat Mexico 2-0 and became champions of the Concacaf Nations League. Tyler Adams and Giovanni Reyna scored the goals at AT&T Stadium in Texas.
The North American team completely dominates the competition. In three editions held so far, the USA won all three. The first in the 2019/2020 season, also beating Mexico in the final, the second in 2022/2023, beating Canada in the final, and the third this Sunday.
Now, the teams’ next commitment will only be in the Copa AmΓ©rica, which will start in June.

Tyler Adams opened the scoring for the USA in the 43rd minute of the opening half. The midfielder received a pass and got on the ball, from the intermediary, to score a great goal in the corner. Goalkeeper Ochoa even tried to get the ball, but couldn’t reach it.
The score was increased 17 minutes into the second half. After confusion in the Mexican area, the defense even managed to partially clear the ball, however, Reyna was left with the remainder and hit a first-time shot into the net.
