Russian goalie overtakes Hasek in NHL victories

Russian goalkeeper “Florida” Bobrovsky overtook Czech Hasek in victories in the NHL

Russian Florida Panthers goalkeeper Sergei Bobrovsky celebrated his achievement in the National Hockey League (NHL). Statistics are available on the league website.

Thus, Bobrovsky won 390 victories in 686 regular season matches in his career. He moved into 15th place in NHL history for this indicator, overtaking Czech Dominik Hasek. Among Europeans, the Russian ranks second, behind only the retired Swede from the New York Rangers, Henrik Lundqvist (459 wins in 887 matches).

Bobrovsky has been playing in the NHL since 2010. He represented the Philadelphia Flyers and Columbus Blue Jackets, and has been playing for Florida since 2019.
