Set your alarm clock for this time. This is the key to well-being. You will forget what stress is

“Whoever gets up in the morning, God gives to him.” You know this saying? It is not without reason that it is said that people who start the day earlier are more effective than those who stay in bed until late. Experts have given the best time to wake up.

Most of us have a regular daily routine: waking up, drinking coffee, brushing our teeth. Although it may seem that the time we get up is a completely individual matter, this is not entirely the case. It turns out that the time of day at which we do certain activities is very important. Scientists from the University of Westminster in London have revealed what time is best to start the day.

What time should you get up? Remember this when you set your alarm clock

People are divided into two groups: those who don’t waste time sleeping and those who can’t imagine waking up early. Experts from the University of Westminster took a closer look at the British lifestyle. It turned out that most of them set their alarm clock for 6:47. When he calls, they lie there for another 25 minutes before they actually decide to get out of bed. Research conducted by scientists has shown that people who get up early (between 5:22 a.m. and 7:21 a.m.) have higher levels of stress hormones than those who get up after this time. It is best to set the alarm clock for 7:22 at the earliest. Does this mean that sleeping late is better? Not completely. Researchers drew attention to one important aspect.

Why is it worth getting up early? Stars like to practice this

Most CEOs get up between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. According to research, they do not lie in bed, but get up immediately after hearing the alarm clock. This makes them more productive and starts and finishes faster. They also have time for morning exercises before turning on the computer. They give the best effect when performed between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

This practice is used, among others, by: Michelle Obama, Anna Wintour, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tim Cook from Apple. This way they want to wake up, take care of some of their responsibilities and make the most of the day. However, scientists point out that waking up early is only beneficial if proper sleep hygiene is maintained. If you get up early, you should go to bed early enough.
