A fitness expert named ways to train effectively when you don’t have enough time

Expert Kanevsky advised performing circuit training if you are short on time

Fitness expert Eduard Kanevsky named a way to train effectively when you lack time. His words are quoted by Moscow 24.

The specialist advised doing circuit training – a set of exercises that are performed in a row. Kanevsky proposed one of the options for such a workout: five pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats. Exercises are performed without rest for 10 minutes.

Kanevsky called jumping rope the most accessible training option when time is short. You can also try climbing to higher elevations. To do this, you will need a regular ladder or any wide ledge, for example, an aerobics step platform.

In addition, Kanevsky recommended paying attention to burpees. He noted that the exercise can be difficult for beginners, so it’s worth starting off slowly.

Previously, Kanevsky debunked stereotypes about fitness. He dispelled the myth that women should not work out with iron, and also advised against going on detox diets that are popular today.
