A fitness expert shares a 15-minute workout to speed up weight loss

Fitness expert Rotach advised doing leg raises to speed up weight loss

Fitness expert Irina Rotach spoke about a 15-minute workout to speed up weight loss. Her words are quoted by Men Today.

Rotach suggested starting with lying leg raises. To do this, you need to take the starting position – lying on your side, your legs should be bent at the knees, your lower arm is tucked under your head, and your upper arm is resting on the floor. Then you need to raise and lower your upper leg. The exercise can be complicated: to do this, you need to extend your lower arm, straighten both legs and raise your head. Afterwards, you should lift one leg, then pull the second one towards it and lower them in the reverse order.

Rotach also advised performing leg abductions from a supine position. To do this, you should raise your connected straight legs by 15 centimeters, spread them apart and put them on the floor, then lift them again, bring them together and lower them.

In addition, the workout can be supplemented with the classic glute bridge and the “dead bug” exercise. To perform the latter, you need to lie on your back, raise your legs bent at the knees and straighten your arms. Then you need to lower the opposite arm and leg to parallel with the floor and change sides through the starting position.

Previously, Rotach told how men can quickly get rid of sides. She recommended knee-touch squats and leg-touch crunches.
