Banco de la Nación offers a variety of loans designed to satisfy various financial needs of its users, including public sector workers and retirees, as well as those interested in consolidating debts or financing studies.

Each of these loan options has specific characteristics and requirements, designed to provide financial solutions adapted to the needs of Banco de la Nación clients.

1. Classic MultiRed loan and/or agreements

This financial product is aimed at employees and retirees of the public sector, allowing them to access credits from S/300 to S/99,999. Payment terms can be extended up to 60 months, based on a credit evaluation.

To request it, it is necessary to have a debit card from Banco de la Nación, present your DNI or immigration card, and a recent payment receipt (no more than 4 months old). CAS workers with employment after 03/10/2021 must demonstrate work experience of at least 13 months, through their contract or addendums. In addition, a normal credit rating or without negative reports in the risk center is required.

2) Loan for debt purchase

This loan is available to users with a normal credit rating who face potential problems according to the Risk Center. The amounts reach up to S/50,000, with a term of up to 60 months, depending on the credit evaluation.

The requirements include having a MultiRed debit card, presenting a DNI or immigration card, the last pay slip and, for CAS workers hired after March 10, 2021, the presentation of the last contract and/or addendums.

3) Payroll discount loan

This credit allows you to request from S/300 to S/50,000, with payments in fixed monthly installments, based on the applicant’s credit capacity. It is ideal for consolidating credit card debt or paying off other consumer loans.

The requirements are similar to the previous ones: possess a MultiRed debit card, present a DNI or immigration card, the last pay slip and, for recent CAS workers, the corresponding contract or addendum. In addition, it is important to present documentation of the debts to be consolidated and the latest credit card statement.

4) Student loan

This loan facilitates access to educational programs at different levels, since it covers from 20% to 100% of the cost of the program, including administrative expenses.

The requirements include having a MultiRed debit card, presenting a DNI or immigration card, the last payment slip and the ‘Pre-Registration’ form from the educational institution. CAS workers must demonstrate work experience of at least 13 months if they joined after 03/10/2021.

5) Home loan

This loan to buy a home from Banco de la Nación lends you from S/15,000 to finance the purchase and transfer of mortgage debt. Likewise, it can cover up to 90% of the sale value of the property. or the appraised commercial value and pay it in 25 years with an annual effective cost rate (TCEA) from 8.68%.

The client’s:

  1. Possess an active MultiRed visa debit card.
  2. Present original ID of the holder and the spouse.
  3. Deliver the last two payment slips of the holder and the last six of the spouse, both originals and copies, or printouts in the case of virtual slips.
  4. Provide the last utility bill (water, electricity or landline), original and copy.
  5. Provide proof of appointment (for active workers) or termination resolution (for pensioners) of the owner or spouse, in original and copy.
  6. Present a certified copy of the marriage certificate issued by the municipality.
  7. Show documents that justify the monthly installments of current credits in other financial entities, in original and copy.
  8. Provide documentation of other income if reported for credit evaluation, in order to increase borrowing and repayment capacity.

Of the property:

  1. The home must be well finished and appear in Public Records.
  2. Present the Real Estate Registration Certificate (CRI), issued by Sunarp, no older than 30 days. In the provinces, a literal copy of the property issued by Sunarp is also required.
  3. Provide the Affidavit of Self-Value, Urban Property (PU) and Municipal Summary Sheet (HR), either original or copy, legalized by a notary public.
  4. Deliver proof of payment of property tax for the current year, original or copy, legalized by a notary public.
