Scientists from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore have identified the disadvantages of playing sports with a partner. The Daily Mail reports this.
Scientists have stated that playing sports with a partner negatively affects the effectiveness of training. In their opinion, a higher level of physical activity requires more lifestyle changes, and it is more difficult to do this together.
The study involved 240 people. They wore fitness trackers that recorded the number of steps, heart rate, distance traveled and minutes of activity. The participants were divided into two groups: the first trained in pairs, the second trained separately. As a result, training alone turned out to be more effective.
In July 2023, coach Maxim Slivak spoke about the effect of regular fitness classes on female libido. He stated that regular exercise has a positive effect on endurance, increasing energy levels in women. This allows them to feel more active and energetic in the intimate sphere.
