Martinelli scores, and Arsenal beats West Ham in a head-to-head match against the G4 of the English

This Wednesday afternoon, Arsenal hosted West Ham at home, for the 17th round of the Premier League. The match, between teams fighting for a spot in the competition’s G4, ended in a 2-0 victory for the Gunners, with a goal by Brazilian Gabriel Martinelli.

Two minutes into the second stage, the 35 shirt received a good pass from Lacazette and invaded the area on the left side. Facing the goalkeeper, the finish was accurate, without giving any chances for a defense. The home team even increased the score with Smith Rowe, at 42, to confirm the victory.

With the result, Arsenal goes to 29 points and is fourth in the table, in the classification zone for the Champions League. West Ham come just below, with 28 points in fifth place.

For the next round of the Premier League, Arsenal will go to the field to face Leeds United, massacred by Manchester City in this round, away from home. The ball rolls at 2:30 pm (GMT) this Saturday. West Ham, on the other hand, will face Norwitch, within their domains, at 12:00 on the same Saturday.
