Bidasoa Irun achieve a comfortable victory against Pfadi Winterthur

Bidasoa Irun beat Pfadi Winterthur (23-37) the postponed match corresponding to the fourth day of the European League which was played this Tuesday in Switzerland. The Irune team gave an exhibition both in attack and defense.

Although the local team scored the first two goals of the match (2-0), Bidasoa reacted quickly, tied the game (2-2) and was ahead on the scoreboard (3-6). The team led by Jacobo Cuétara maintained that advantage of three goals until the last five minutes of the first half, but increased their income in the final stretch and reached the break with a favorable result of (12-17).

With a good start to the second half, Bidasoa Irun increased their lead and left the game sentenced with 15 minutes remaining (15-29). The final stretch of the match was very placid for a Basque team that took victory with a score of 23-37.
