Gynecologist Olga Vergasova recommended an exercise to improve the intimate life of women. Her words are quoted by Gazeta.Ru.

The doctor said that women should do Kegel exercises for their pelvic floor muscles. According to her, exercise can help cope with heaviness in the lower abdomen and perineum, as well as pain during sex. At the same time, Vergasova emphasized that the training should be performed only after consultation with a specialist.

The gynecologist added that many people perform Kegel exercises incorrectly, so that the deep muscles are not involved. “So before you start doing exercise regularly, it’s important to make sure you’re doing it correctly and effectively,” she concluded.
